Jim has over 30 years of professional experience leading exploration, development, commercialization and optimization of consumer products and process technology. He has held positions with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Ford Motor Company and The Black Clawson Company.
Jim's experience includes technical and executive leadership positions in corporate research and engineering as well as manufacturing environments. He has conducted business across the world with regional offices and manufacturing locations, equipment and raw material suppliers, and technical service providers.
Jim has extensive background in product and technology development, capital project execution, and life cycle maximization. He has forged several multi-million dollar joint developments and has been granted 11 U.S. patents.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1977.
